I've heard the idea that "doge will be the crypto of Mars" thrown around, mostly in the form of memes, but still thrown around. However the rebuttal I always hear to that idea is that it wouldn't work because the time delay would make it impossible for "Martians" to effectively use, (for those unaware, there is always a time delay between 4.3 and 21 minutes from Earth to Mars).
Honestly I'm not that well versed technologically speaking, I've been an investor since 2021 in all sorts of coins, but on a technical level I'm not really there. So on a technical level, what would establishing a cryptocurrency for a Mars colony involve?
