Being the richest and biggest investment, they have a lot of experts who analysed the best way and time when to deploy their ETF.
Do they want to see their ETF drop by a -50% months after it gets approved? Nope
Do they want to offer a BTC ETF because there aren't many people who desire buying it? Nope
At bullrun top, many people were bullish and very interested in crypto or crypto related assets, why not starting an ETF there? Nope!
