When I first got into crypto a year ago, and during times of ATHs, I checked prices multiple times a day and was always on this sub. I was even worse during continued drops.
I finally followed advice on this sub and avoid looking at prices or being on here much during downturns. My peace of mind and emotional state is so much better. I have alerts set for price changes of greater than 5%. However I DCA and crypto is a long term investment so the volatility no longer bothers me.
Live your life. Enjoy your loved ones and hobbies. Avoid repeatedly checking prices or being on here constantly. Or my God please don’t panic sell.
I am now stepping off my soapbox and going to play RE Village.
