When I was younger, my parents always told me to put my money in the bank, as most parents would. For the past few years however, I just did not see the point in doing so. As a young adult, it just feels hopeless to save up money since the wage below 20 here is just so little compared to what I would realistialcally earn later. Working hard for cash that I won't allow myself to touch for years and years, while i would make the same amount later in a much shorter timespan just feels... useless and counterintuitive. But it's different now; having recently started investing in crypto, i finally feel like I'm doing something right with my money. I know it's an investment, and that comes with the risk of losing money, but it feels so much better to be using it than to let it sit in a bank with 0% interest.
Now let's hope my 100% dogecoin portfolio pays off
